- Please understand that in accordance with the NFIP/FEMA, any contracts you may elect to sign with vendors of any type (i.e. Water remediation/dry out/cleanup services, general contractors, public adjusters, etc.), are solely binding between you and that vendor(s) and does not bind this office, your insurance carrier or NFIP/FEMA in any way. It is also important to note that regardless of what you may have heard, NO payments are made directly to any vendor providing services to you, nor are payments based solely upon the estimates or receipts provided by these vendors. ALL claim payments are made directly to the insured (you) following your execution of the Proof of Loss form and submission of our final report to your carrier.
If any of the above information is confusing to you at this time, please contact our office and we will review any of the information with you over the phone.
