PDF Forms are best used when you have a PDF program installed on your system. If you need one, you can get Foxit PDF Reader by clicking on the icon on the right.  On the Foxit webpage select preferences for Language and  Computer Platform.  We recommend this product as it does not force the install of "Optional Offers" that you may not want.
