Jeff and Tina have been working claims together for 3 years and with their backgrounds in construction and claims they have put together Que Claims Service to improve the adjusting process for the industry. 

Jeff Queen has been an adjuster for over 30 years. As the son of an adjuster, he has grown to appreciate the role adjusters play in the claim process. Adjusting is a service business and we pride ourselves here at Que on providing great service to all policyholders and clients. His father taught him adjusting when he started at age 19. His words have never been forgotten, “Treat each insured like they are family”. 

Tina Sperico has a wealth of knowledge from years in the construction business remodeling homes all over Florida. 

While we can’t please all policyholder's covered under the NFIP, we show each one the respect they deserve. Without respect, adjusters won't be working here at Que Claim Service. The policy proceeds are policyholder’s money and we strive to handle claims quickly and fairly in helping the policyholder receive all policy proceeds they are entitled.

Additionally, Jeff has spent time as a manager and director of a few large IA firms and flood adjusting companies where he found a lack of thinking ahead and the willingness to invest in providing better service disheartening. Here at Que Claims, we continue to evolve our process to have files done with the policyholder and client in mind.
